These work great.
I got these to use on my total gym to give me a harder workout and they work great for that. I’m only using one on it right now but it adds a lot of resistance. I have no complaints about them I think they are a great product.

Solid bands, I recommend them.
I have a few resistance bands and needed more weight for working out. These are nice and I can adjust the weight to make it heavier as needed, just what I needed. Totally recommend them.

Great resistance bands
Love these bands! Great quality and serves its purpose. The handles feel comfortable and the bands are lightweight but secure and strong.

Only labeled on one end!
A nice set, but it is annoying that the bands are only labeled on one end and not both ends.

Be aware it’s ONE of each band
The quality all looks good but I was surprised when I saw it’s only one of each band. I seriously didn’t expect it to not be a pair. Even the handles and foot strap comes in pair. Why would the band be only one? Makes no sense.

They work great, they are the best for working out at home and it comes with a bag to keep them all in one place. Only thing was that the smell was too much when you open them the first time, it takes a couple of weeks for the smell to go away.
