I purchased memory and storage upgraded version to carry out some scientific computations with the use of Matlab. The computation speed is not bad compared to my Intel 8 core desktop. Hard to find power switch in a dark room. It does not recognize my fingerprint well. I need more USB and Ethernet ports. So, I had to buy an USB C adopter. Nicer if it has more capable video card.

I was anxious to get this computer. I charged it before I started going through the checklist to update it. I had it at 70% when I unplugged it and close the lid for sleep mode. About four hours later when I got back to the computer it completely dead. I had to plug it and wait for a little bit to at least get a small enough charge to operate it. I tried sleep mode on several occasions and got the same results. I use the sleep mode because I have to walk away at times to get dimensions and then come back to it and finish and having the battery run completely down is unexceptable. The return process is 8 days now with no return. I’ll never buy from this company again. BTW: Amazon tried to help T/S with no luck. Buy at own risk.! It’s your money that may charge you a 15% return charge. Good luck.

Fresh out of the box, plug it in and boot it up. As soon as it attempts to start up, there is a buzzing/clicking noise, that varies in speed (I'm guessing it's a fan). The screen never lit up and started working properly. I know the screen should have been on because Cortana began talking me through start up steps, but I still couldn't see anything.Edit: Received my replacement after chatting with support. I'm happy with my product, now that I have a functional one. But chatting with support was a bit chaotic. Felt like I was speaking with at least 2 different people, maybe 3. Had to ask the same question several times because I couldn't get an answer.Edit 2: Turns out, they gave me a replacement AND the refund. Now I'm dealing with their support again. This company does not seem to do well communicating within itself, much less with customers. If you don't want the headache, I'd suggest buying from a company that knows what they're doing

While I am happy with the computer and the speed of delivery. I am concerned with how the product manufacture warranty expired 6/22/22 and I just purchased 10/1/22.Update the product has been returned and I was charge $300 for a restocking fee. FOR A PRODUCT ADVERTISED AS NEW AND OUT OF WARRANTYSCAM

After a couple of months, this is a robust system, speed, graphics, and substantial. Size is perfect.

Very beautiful to look at, feels premium to touch even. It functions perfectly, even more so.after allowing all updates on windows update.

Although this product is delivered as described. It's disfunctional and does not turn on AT ALL after any Windows update. I would not recommend purchasing this laptop.
