Yes this is a good and convenient product to take as all the essential vitamins etc are in one tablet...You would however be much better off buying collagen... And the other vitamins listed to support hair growth separately.That way you would have a much better and long term supply... You could also add in saw palmetto which is fantastic for hair...Overall a good product but very overpriced...
