Aokayy Bluetooth Body Fat Scale (Blue)

I'm following a if it fits your macros diet and this scale has given me all the information I need to track it. I thought I had been doing it right but apparently I wasn't. Once I stepped on to this scale and incorporated all of the information into my diet I lost 7 pounds in the first week of owning it. I highly recommend this scale to anyone who is looking for all the information needed to lose weight and help adjust diet accordingly.

I won't give this scale a single star because that would indicate it was uselessly broken. The scale defaults the weight readout in kilos and despite the enclosed booklet's assurance that you can switch it to pounds, I've been at it for about 40 minutes without success. You change the display from kilos to pounds using your smartphone by creating a user profile and there indicating that you want kilos, st. pounds, or pounds. I want a pounds readout and saved my profile with that preference, then tried to get the scale to connect blue tooth with the scale (which it refuses to do). So, if you want a simple scale that reads out in kilos, this is fine. If you want one that connects to your smartphone and can be thus switched over to pounds, maybe you'll be lucky and it will connect, or not.UPDATE: It turns out that the booklet that comes with the scale is an old print. It invites you to download the "iwellness" app, which doesn't work. If you scan the Q-code on the back of the booklet, you get linked to the "new iwellness" app to download, which does work. So, no, not giving a five star to something that calls for this level of hassle to make it work, but now that it's alive and running, I'm hoping it will be well worth the learning curve.

Measures weight, but the app measures body fat, muscle mass (slightly inaccurate), body water index, compiles BMI, etc. Keep in mind it will be slightly off, as these measurements are very hard to take but it is a great way to get an idea of where you are, and track your progress. It makes a comparable map for your daily, weekly or monthly logs.

Liked it a lot when I first got it. Now 4 months later is uses up the 4 AAA batteries in one week. I am the only one in the family that uses it and I only weigh myself once a day. I can't afford to keep replacing the batteries every week! I can take them out each day but that's a huge pain. Looks like I'll be looking for a new scale!

I just received this scale and was so excited. However, it won't pair with my IPhone 6. I downloaded their app, have bluetooth on but still no luck. If I can't figure this out soon I'll have to return it.

Works great with the app. No complaints. Easy setup.
