Not enough tilt.
I wanted to stack my monitors with the top one titled forward. This doesn’t seem possible. Although this is a sturdy mount I can’t see the justification for the price. It’s overly complicated to adjust and the diagram doesn’t match the product. Save a lot of money and buy another brand.

Bardzo dobry uchwyt, choc wymaga tunningu
Bardzo dobry sprzęt, choc wymagał tunningu dla moich potrzeb. Aby zmieścić dwa ekrany 42" + 34" musiałem wymienić główna rurę na dłuższa 100cm (nierdzewna rura 35x3mm + odpowiednie nagwintowanie). W jednym z ramion spiłować blokadę dolnego pochyłu, która oryginalnie pozwala tylko na -5 stopni. Oraz dokupiłem dwie blokady obrotu 97-774-003. Po tych przeróbkach uchwyt w pełni spełnia moje wymagania.

Came in used, would not receive a full refund
I was going to return this but opted otherwise as, after having a conversation with their support realized, I would not be getting the full amount back.Found a sticker like residue on the product. The stand itself is incredibly sturdy however. Easy to put together with one person.At over $500 I would have liked a new product as listed or to have a full $500 refunded.Came in a week late.

Ich nutze den Ergotron LX Dual Monitorarm nun seit einigen Wochen im Homeoffice und bin absolut begeistert. Die Qualität und Stabilität sind überragend – nichts wackelt, alles sitzt bombenfest. Die Verarbeitung wirkt extrem hochwertig und durchdacht.Besonders gut gefällt mir die flexible Einstellbarkeit: Höhe, Neigung, Drehung – alles lässt sich individuell und mühelos anpassen. Selbst schwere Monitore (bei mir 2x 27 Zoll) werden problemlos gehalten, ohne dass der Arm absinkt.Die Kabelführung ist clever integriert und sorgt für einen aufgeräumten Schreibtisch. Der Aufbau war überraschend einfach und gut erklärt – nach 20 Minuten war alles montiert.Für alle, die viel Zeit am Schreibtisch verbringen oder ein ergonomisches Setup suchen, ist dieser Monitorarm absolut zu empfehlen. Klarer Fall: 5 Sterne!
