item came damaged but still working. i used it for burning man and didn't care that it was dented as long as it worked. i was surprised the seller wasn't insistent on replacing it or refunding part of the purchase price after i offered to keep the damaged sign. but despite the dent, it works great and as you'd expected. great for the price.the software is about as unintuitive as you'd expect on a low volume product, but still functional. it's not microsoft word, but it's also not rocket science to figure out. you can include videos and the text options are really flexible.odds are, your sign won't be dented. odds are, you aren't going to burning man either. so it all works out. 🤷‍♂️
