Tastes great and it helps stay hydrated

This stuff tastes just like Kool-aid Blue Raspberry Lemonade! I love it. Honestly, I would keep drinking it just for the flavor. I had a C-section, and found myself extremely thirsty, but not wanting to really eat or drink post-op. This powder came in clutch, and helped me keep my LO fed during that rough period. It was one of the few things I craved postpartum.

The flavor is strange, not my favorite. It’s not super sweet it’s actually good on sugar level but it almost seemed like it makes a flavored sparkling water. I wish there was more flavors but I can tell an immediate increase in my supply. I used two packets and the very next morning I was dripping before my daughter was even ready to wake to feed. I drank another that day and continued to have the feeling I had plenty of milk but not engorged. I usually feel a dip in the night but have not felt that at all with these. I’ll most likely order again but may try the strawberry kiwi instead. I hope they make more options. Going to search for them now!
