These work so well. I kept testing as being deficient in Vitamin D and had been taking other supplements for months without relief. After doing some research I found that I needed to be taking much higher doses along with some type of healthy fat like avocado or a high fat meal. Within 2 weeks I finally could tell I was starting to feel better. 6 weeks in I feel almost normal again.
