Crunchy,tasty good on the go snack

I learned about Edamame via osteoporosis groups. It contains protein, calcium, and isoflavones, which support bone density and may reduce fracture risk. I eat it, along with calcium-rich foods, and take vitamin D, vitamin K, and calcium supplements to improve my bone health. I lift heavy weights for my size and really like to eat a bag after working out with my trainer. They taste good, have a crunchy texture, and are reasonably priced, which is a plus. I highly recommended.

These snacks were full of flavor and the texture was crunchy.

These were a little expensive which is why I gave 4 stars, however the taste of them are really good! And they're actually pretty filling - a little deceiving with how small the individual package of them that they come in. So I would recommend for a healthy, protein filled snack!

I keep these crunchy edamame snacks in my car so that I don’t come home hangry. I needed something that was shelf, stable and vegan and tasted pretty good. This filled all of those needs and satisfies that need for a crunch.

Good flavor coating but the bean itself has no taste, I’ll finish the box but most likely won’t buy again.
