Nice stools! One had a slight issue
Very nice stools except for one. The "leather" was pulling loose. Contacted their support and they got it straightened out. 5 stars

Broken within a month but post sale service was very good and got replacement immediately
I bought four for my new condo and they were shipped in July. I did not move in until November. But less than a month one of them is broken. The lifting system failed. The stool stays at the lowest position and won't come up no matter how you lift the lever. Unfortunately the return time is over. I wrote to the manufacturer and got no response.Update: the vendor contacted me afterwards and sent replacement and no need to return the old part.

Really good looking chairs, just don’t feel sturdy
Great looking chairs, but they don’t feel sturdy. My husband is about 220 lbs and doesn’t fee he can sit in them. Also, the surface area of the seat isn’t huge so it’s not an overly comfortable seat to sit in for a while.

Shows every finger print
If you don’t mind finger print showing up on everything then get it. It is beautiful. However, I have a granddaughter and I can’t handle seeing fingerprints all over everything.

Not getting the items I ordered!
I'm sure I would rate this with five stars if they sent the item ordered. Twice now, I've received black bar stools, BUT without the stitching detail as shown in the picture. I have four of the brown ones with stitching and love them.
