My teen daughter was pretty backed up. The last few days have been agonizing for her. We tried several things that only led to cramping and gas. I bought this product with rushed the shipping. Directions say 3 capsules but I only gave her one after reading reviews and being worried bc shes a teenager. It arrived at 5pm. I gave it to her immediately with a full glass of water. By 8:30pm she finally had movement and she was not uncomfortable at all. No cramping. No burning. No urgent exploding lol. She simply just went. Shes gone twice with a significant amount but she hasn’t needed to stay by the toilet. I’m thinking I’ll probably give her another tomorrow just to keep things moving along but I am so happy I found this product to try before going to heavier clean out products. Give it a try!

I saw that this was supposed to be a good product by a TikToker I follow. I was skeptical at first because most reviews said it worked the next morning after taking 3 at night. I took it 2 nights in a row with no result. Last night I took 3 for the third night, and today I was able to go. I didn’t have a single stomach ache or cramp which is great. I struggle with consistent constipation where I barely have a bowel movement. This worked for me just took a few days. I am going to continue to take it nightly for the next couple of days because although I did go, there is definitely is more to come out. I recommend it and it is natural with no bad ingredients.

I was introduced to Mag07 when it was manufactured under Aerobic Life brand and it was great. I would use it when I did my green smoothie cleanse. I could take 5 capsules at bedtime and expect a thorough bowel movement upon waking. No explosive blowouts that would cause you to have to stay near a bathroom all day. Just one complete, nonwatery stool (not sure how to put it into words). I used the last of what I had on hand last week. I ordered the new branded nbpure, and it's not the same. I took 5 capsules, went to bed, and nothing happened except a bunch of gurgling sounds coming from my midsection. I took 3 more capsules the next night and had a somewhat low volume BM the next evening. This is NOT the Mag 07 I'm accustomed to. It took an extensive internet search to discover that Aerobic Life rebranded to nbpure. They say it's the same formula, but it is definitely not!! I should have known by the price point it wouldn't be the same, as the Aerobic Life brand was a lot more expensive. I wish these companies would stop changing the formulas of products that actually work and trying to pass it off as the same product, new look. Highly disappointed in this purchase. Now I'm left to research alternative products because this new formula is ineffective in comparison to what it used to be.
