Very bad and poor service
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of installation services for the bed I purchased from your platform. It has been a week since the delivery, and despite multiple rescheduling attempts, the technician has not shown up. This has resulted in a significant waste of my time. When I contacted Amazon for assistance, I received false promises regarding the installation. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a tier 2 city. Amazon customer service is very poor and they are not supportive. Every day they tell me it will be done the next day, but the same story repeats for the last 7 days. Please address this issue promptly.

Extremely Bad customer service
The product came to out to be defective. However, the most concerning thing here was extremely poor customer service from Amazon. They are not able to schedule a pickup since last 8 days. You can forget about refund, they are not able to pickup the product itself!
