Fantastic product!!! Great for surgery or child birth or any reason you need them with a dual purpose of being able to be hot or cold. I like the shape and the softer side really helps as it stays cold but is much gentler on the skin. Love this product and would definitly recommend.

Really helped me get the most Breastmilk out! Heated right before pumping, and used as ice packs after, I will be using for baby 2!

They heat up and cool but I was still unable to keep the mastitis away. I blame my pump for the mastitis. These did offer some relief until I was able to get medicine to heal.
