Anybody that have trouble with this gun have issues taking back within 3 year warranty? Thanks for any help

Yes, i had issues with it jamming consistently so i returned it. A new one was sent and same exact issue. These guns have multiple design flaws and operational issues. No you are not losing your mind. Unfortunately this is not a good product from makita

does it take a special charger for new 6.0 batterys ?

Voltage is what matters not battery life.18 volt 3-6 Amp hour batteries use the same charger. Only the 40 volt batteries need a separate chargers and will only work in 40 Amp specific tools
