Absolute junk. The worst washing machine I've ever bought
The is the worst-designed and least efficient washing machine I've ever bought. I've owned mine for a year, and it's failed to finish running 10-30% of the time, so I have to start all over.- It tries to auto-detect moisture levels and ends up incorrectly estimating it. 30% of the time, my clothes are too soaking wet to be put in the dryer.- It gets unbalanced if I put a single heavy blanket or pillow inside. When this happens, it gets stuck in a broken loop constantly wasting water and then draining it for hours, creating an environmental disaster- You can't fill it up beyond 60% if you add anything besides loose clothing. Otherwise, it has a high chance of failing to complete its cycle due to unbalanced load- The holes it uses to suck up water aren't at the bottom of the washing machine, so it never completely sucks up all the water. The idiots who designed this should never design any washing machines. It's so obviously a failed design.

Do not buy
Broke after 10 months. They then had a glitch in their system that shows I bought it in 2019 when I bought it in 2020. They couldn’t update my warranty info. Now I had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket and the very expensive product didn’t last more than a year. The dryer that goes with it already had 2 services done after less than 5 years. Last time I’ll ever buy a Samsung appliance.
