Not as per the photo shown in amezon app as well as no brand name on the product and not comfortable also as we are travelling Tommorow and had to carry it we are not happy with this 😭😭. The purpose to order particular product is not at all solved we are disappointed. Hi

Thickness is not good at all. Quite Comfortable. Please do not buy if you think it is the best quality. Overall quite value for money. Durability is quite good. But I Don't have idea of washability. It could be nice for normal range of pain relief. If you have severe pain you should have better quality cushion.
