I didn't try this for the advertised reason. I was hoping it might share similar properties of taming immune conditions that conventional steroids do, but it doesn't work like that. Also, while I was reading about the ingredients, I found a rat study that noted signs of kidney damage after just 15 days, in human-equivalent dosages relevant for supplements like this one. That's not the same as such findings in a human study, but it's reason enough to be concerned. Basically, just don't assume that because these are "natural" ingredients that they're 100% safe. The amounts you get in foods like spinach and quinoa are far lower than what's in supplements like this one. Anyway, I do some light exercise, and I felt a little more invigorated when I was taking this. Discontinued after a week, so I can't comment about any effects on body composition.

This is a terrible shoddy product Not sealed. Looks very unsafe. No authenticity seal. No proper labeling and 3rd party testing. Amazon return policy is v difficult to process. Avoid at all cost.
