The item itself is workable, however it wasn't clear that it works by pulling a pin out of the side of the item, not by just pressing a button. If you are using this in earnest, and are in fear or shock, then faffing around to pull a pin out is not effective. The pin will easily be lost in panic and/or be difficult to return to the unit in order to stop the noise - which is appropriately very loud. If I were younger this might be OK, but I need one with a simple button.

The description says pack of 2 but received only one piece which is black. Gave 3 star because mismatch of product description.

Got this a month ago and it worked when I first tested it but now only the light is working while the alarm can’t be heard at all when pull the needle out

Always get these for safety when walking at night
