woodworking projects: great and easy guide for beginner

I am rubbish at anything DIY so this book is great for me because it has so many pictures that even someone with my skills can follow it. The ipod stand caught my eyes so I will try that first, very good read in an easy to follow format. Four stars

great little book that's well put together and easy to read. Simple projects to get someone started that is new to woodworking. For me, I found the book to be a little basic but then again, I also found things that were informative. If you're new to woodworking I would recommend this book especially if you need a project to start with.

Woodworking may come easy to some people, but, not to everyone! Thus book helps that kind of person succeed on their first try. Thanks for the great advice, comments, photos, and illustrations!

This book just made me want to build my own picnic table! The author does a great job of explaining step by step process to all kind of projects from making a simple pipe to a portable closet. This is a great read and Do it Yourself guide.

There really isn't too much to this book, and what there is isn't worth the money! It's vague and, with the one project I was about to start, incomplete!

This book has been translated from another language, probably using something like Google Translate. It is almost impossible to read properly and the illustrations are unclear and don't appear to relate to the text. I intend to ask for a refund.
