Flavor isn’t bad. This tea doesn’t help with any kind of bloating or energy. Such disappointment. Don’t waste your money on this. I have been taking it for 4 days and have had no signs of what the product claims to help with

This stuff is strong!! If you follow Ayurveda, you know about senna leaf and use with the 'virechana' procedure. You clean out quite good. I took 2 tea bags as a tea at night. By about 4 am, had to start going to eliminate and it was multiple times. This is definitely strong. You do feel good after it, as you lighten up after the cleansing. Then restart diet slowly being careful to work on digestion.

I have been taking this product for almost two weeks and one thing I can say is that it has regulated my digestive system. I have not lost any weight but I will continue using the product until it is gone because of how it has regulated my digestive system.

This stuff doesn't just make you regular, it's like a laxative. I wouldn't drink this tea before going to work in the morning.

It might be just psychological, but I feel good in the morning after having an early evening tea. Can't say I've lost weight. I just might have this tea duo delivered regularly.
