Great piece of equipment, beware slippery grip
This is a solid kettlebell, and the price was pretty great (especially the shipping price). This is great for exercise, and it really takes things up a notch (from a 50 lb bell). One thing that gets me is the finish on the kettlebell, as it makes the grip quite slippery after a few minutes of swings. Overall it is a solid piece of equipment, and if used well is definitely worth its weight.

It's a big chunk of metal with a handle...Kinda hard to screw that up.It works good, if you use it...

Great for the price, flat sides cut into wrist
I purchased the 30lb KB. Well constructed, and handle large enough for two hands. However, the sides are flat, which makes the kettlebell painful during cleans. Really, that flat side has a corner (where the curve becomes the flat part) which cuts into your wrist. However, for all other exercises, this will work well and is great for the price

75lbs because I like to pretend that I'm strong.
It's heavy. It's iron. It makes you feel like a gorilla even you're swinging it around.As an added bonus, when you leave it lying around because you're to tired to put it away after using it, it will acutely remind you to clean up after yourself by stubbing your toes into oblivion.

The one I did get it's nice I'd order all of them but 1 was undeliverable ill go to dick's before I'd order from these guys again.

If you have not worked out with kettle bells you ...
If you have not worked out with kettle bells you are missing out. I bought a more expensive adjustable dumbbell set and never use it. I get such a cardio and whole body workout with the amount of control and stability required in a few simple to master excursuses.
