This was perfect. My wife's father had a zippo lighter that she wanted to use and it needed to be repacked.

Cotton and felt good, wicks not as good
The cotton and felt work as they should. Cotton is absorbent, keeps the lighter full for the normal length of time. However, the wicks are not as sturdy as Zippo brand. They need trimming frequently and fall apart when pulling. This was worth it for the cotton and felt, which are harder to find, just try not to use the wicks.
