This pan lives up to its description. Great cooking capacity, easy to sauté mushrooms or make an omelette. Color is grey speckled, and the weight of the pan is good, as it can sit on a burner evenly.

I absolutely love my fry pan! Also have the griddle. These pans are totally non stick and so easy to wash! I will be ordering more of different sizes. The best pans that I have ever had! Sooooo very pleased with them!
