Efficient & User friendly
I’ve always used Vtech baby monitoring systems but this one is a high tech very good quality update of Vtech devices. Great value of money

Disconnecting
Keeps disconnecting even when I'm literally one meter away from the cameras. One of the cameras does not auto-turn off night mode.

power plug
there should be a picture of the power plug Unfortunately, I will return the item because the power plug is two pins, which is not suitable for the UAE socket and as shown in the picture the LCD screen is small, while I receive the item the screen was very big (3 times big)

It's good, when it working properly
Everything works well for a week, then 1 of the camera just stopped working. Unable to reset or pair the camera. To pair the camera, have to hold the pair button till there's beeping sound, but it doesn't work. So now I hv 1 camera as a dead paperweight.

Scratched Monitor
The monitor came with big scratches on it. However product is working correctly.

The display unit *DOES NOT USE YOUR WIFI* to connect to the cameras
The display unit *DOES NOT USE WIFI*. The manuals you find online are older products - the display unit talks to the cameras on a proprietary network with normal range. You can additionally make the cameras connect to wifi, but the physical display unit cant talk over your wifi - you need a phone. Additionally, the app does not really work on iPad. This is extremely unclear (and a rubbish design) - makes it not good for what we wanted. Additionally, it all shows up with a proprietary power socket that has US plugs so you need adapters to even turn it on in the UK - a shame when USB-C is a thing.

Perfect Dual Camera Solution
I upgraded from my single cam VTECH setup to this dual cam one when I had my second baby. I love that I can use either the handheld monitor or my phone, and switch between direct connection or WiFi as desired. Picture quality is great, settings for the app and the handheld are great. Setup is really straightforward. The only hiccup I’ve ever come across is just needing to power cycle the cameras sometimes as they’ll disconnect via WiFi sometimes. Photos reflect picture quality seen in-app. Camera is roughly 3ft above the top of the crib and bassinet, mounted to the wall.
