Great for the price
This item is a popular purchase for me. On Amazon I was able to find this at an affordable price to create tons of patterns with, without breaking the bank. It’s purpose and functionality is great because you can easily store the roll and make tracing so much easier. The paper isn’t too thick like some others I’ve purchased before so I definitely recommend if you’re a fashion student or just love to create.

Decent but not very translucent
The paper seems fine quality and thickness and I might need it for other uses, but it's not translucent enough to transfer patterns from tissue paper via tracing without a very strong backlight (e.g. window on a sunny day). It is however big enough that if it was more translucent it could be used trace almost any pattern, or at least the few Simplicity ones I checked. If you make your own patterns, then this is great.

Works great!
Works great! I used a Permanent Marker to outline the pattern, and it didn't bleed through. The 1 inch Markings seem to be accurate. Nice, durable paper.
