The 36 mg PACs dose is solid and matches what a lot of the research points to for actual bacterial anti-adhesion support instead of the weak stuff in most cheap cranberry pills. She’s been taking one a day and notices fewer flare-ups compared to before. Easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste or stomach issues. So worth it!
They work! I’ve been plagued by monthly UTIs which wreak havoc on my body and mind… this paired with 2000mg D-Mannose powder once daily has kept me UTI free 4 months so far. They’re expensive but so worth it.
