I have owned Swann for about 7 years. Replace 9camera system with 16 channel system, love the newer system, easy to find action. I love the way you have options of viewing multiple cameras. Very easy setup.Only drawback I have is difficulty navigating on PC app. From phone and monitor great, remote PC not great.

This Swann system came in at a great price. I tried to get the price again but couldn’t. Swann is the only product I would use.

I was sketchy at first about purschasing this kit, I had been using a Night Owl system for years but lately their customer support doesn’t exit, never answer or call you back, this Swann kit was easy to install and configure, very pleased, I tested their customer support at different times just to see if they answered and yes they did, I will be purchasing another soon.

Not so happy. A tech savvy friend installed system. Got it to work with my iPhone, wife’s iPhone, but NOT with my iPad!! iPad would allow better resolution. There’s no 800 number to call and they want to CHARGE you for tech support. SAD

don't like to have to use password to review. Cannot get homesafe to work. Swanview worked great with old unit. Wish I had my old unit back, but it quit working.

System works... for the most part. However, it seems the power supplies fail from time to time. Camera connections can sometimes be wonky. We typically have to wiggle the connectors to get the cameras to come back on. Software is easy to use and we’re generally happy with the system for the price. Cameras just aren’t 100% dependable.

Pictures are very clear. Only difficulty is running the cables , trying to keep it out of sight. Good planning is a must. A lot of cables running to one location

I love this system. Just scan the bar code with your phone and boom, you’re online. The 2.8 mm wide angle cameras are great. I’ve now installed 4 of these systems at businesses and they never fail.
