The media could not be loaded.  Great rack for squat/bench press/ pull ups and the upper adjusts to get low enough to do pull ups in room with a low ceiling (obviously, you’ll have to cross ankles/bend your knees so feet don’t hit the ground). We have not started using it officially yet, but it seems very sturdy and a great deal for the price. I will follow up on this review if we have any problems but I don’t foresee any issues. Assembly was easy to follow because they provide a QR link to watch a video as well as the manual instructions. It says everywhere don’t over tighten the bolts, so make sure you listen to that.

I love this squat rack. It works perfect for a home gym use! I really like that the pullups bar is adjustable and it is very sturdy! A 7ft Olympic bar can fit on this and it was very easy to assemble!

Definitely a functional squat rack for a good price but as someone who is 6’1, the highest setting on the rack was too low for me thus making it almost useless for what I intended.

The box contains all the pieces necessary to build this squat rack, plus a disposable Allen wrench and wrench.I assembled this rack by myself in about an hour. First, I unwrapped the parts and arranged them on the floor. Then I used my ratcheting wrench to assemble the 10 structural pieces with the 28 bolts. The provided tools are basic, so assembly may be easier using your tools instead. The instructions are a series of images with text below. Most of the work is repetitive, such as assembling the left side and then assembling the right.Most of the assembly was intuitive. However, I needed to ensure that the 1.5” by 4.75” rectangular connectors and the 1.75” x 4.75” rectangular connectors were used in the correct step. They draw the smaller connector as a skinnier rectangle and identify it numerically with a (10). It’s worth taking a moment to get this right.Now that the squat rack is correctly built, I can execute pull-ups while the rack remains firmly on the ground. I don’t feel any give in the structure either. The 3.75” long bar holders are large enough to hold an Olympic bar. Although, I would prefer more room for racking after completing squats.The squat racks at my gym are superior to this rack, but they are bulkier and not meant for home use. I can complete a variety of exercises with this squat rack when I can’t get to the gym. Highly recommend this seller. We bought this rack not realizing it really goes for a Olympic size bar. We started a return with them and they emailed back saying to keep the rack as a gift and they refunded full purchase price. Definitely didn’t see that coming but it was greatly appreciate. However it is a nice sturdy rack and worth the money.

Not only is it an extendable rack bar to go to any height you need, it can also be used as a pull up bar. Holds plenty weight

Crap! support plates will split if you tighten bolts to tight-- but its a rack so the bolts should be tightened Also there is a piece on the instructions that is not included that is necessary to raise and lower the bars. Without this part, the bars are stationary only. Entire rack is light and shaky. DO NOT BUY

Good value, solid build. All pieces included. It is key that you do not tighten the nuts down until the rack is all put together so it settles evenly on the floor, but being the master builder that you are you probably already knew that.

Choose this pull up bar since it was adjustable. Was able to set it to the perfect height for my basement. Its is sturdy enough so I didn't need to bolt it to the floor. Great buy!

Difficulties with assembly, make sure you know exactly how you're assembling it and how it will turn out in the end, because otherwise you will end up redoing most of it. Its entirely user error but, when it built it's worth every penny. Super adjustable, and very sturdy, don't know how well it handles really heavy weight, but it seems really sturdy.

I bought this for my home gym, assembly was quite difficult since the instructions were worse than IKEA ones. Luckily they have a YouTube channel which made the assembly much easier. When it was done I noticed how wobbly and short the pull up bar is, even at max height. The build quality was very good, the full thing was made of cast iron which is a bonus. It was also too wide for my barbell, I don't know if that's on the barbell side or this side. Overall I think its a pretty viable option for a rack x pull up bar.

Some wrote in the reviews how it wasn't stable when reading before purchase I thought I would be able to modify to overcome this but was pleasantly surprised how rock solid this beauty is. Im a very large dude and it can hold me in place with ease!
