Carolina Ultimate Men's Diabetic Non-Binding Quarter Socks 2 Pack

Been looking for non-binding, just-above-the-ankle socks for a long time. Most are made of very thin, slippery synthetic materials which add no protection to your skin. The Carolina Ultimate Non-Binding socks are 86% cotton and thicker than a man's dress sock which adds a little padding and comfort around your foot. I wear a man's size 8 shoe so I ordered a medium sock. Even though the package I received says that they are "Ladies", the socks fit perfectly. The cuffs around the ankle are stretchy and soft, yet stay in place. It is not easy finding a sock to fit a man's smaller shoe size. There is enough room in these Medium socks to fit another size up. They stay up on my swollen foot as well as my normal foot. These are the perfect sock if you are looking for fit, comfort, and cotton!

These are nice socks, with a very thick, cushioned sole and non-binding top. Appear to be well made, but they are very small. I wear an 8.5 wide, and they have to stretch quite a bit to put them on - to the point that they are a little tight. That's not good for a diabetic sock.

Sock is well made and durable after many washings. The sock top needs to be a little larger diameter to provide a true non-binding relaxed fit for my non-fat, non-swelling legs. Good value for the price.

Bought these socks for my husband. He has found them easy to slip on his feet and comfortable enough around his ankles. There is no tightness, just a comfortable ease.

The mini version is this sock is wayyy to thick, for me anyway! My ankles swell along with my feet due to Congestive Heart Failure so the only time these socks would fit me is if I purchased new shoes one half size larger just to sear with these socks which is NOT going to happen. They are almost 'to loose' around the ankles so I need to pull them up as well.I cant return them because I have warn them but being only $5 at least I didn't loose a lot. If you know of a company that sell socks that offer the same benefits but much lighter, thinner please let me know.Thank you very much

Shrink after first wash

I usually pay attention to Amazon reviews but these are just socks so I didn't. I should have. Some reviewers mention these run small. I see that now. I usually wear a medium, but these run smaller than I'm used to. My fault, I guess. Nice feel. Cushiony, but I'm guessing after a turn through the dryer they won't fit. HOWEVER, I love the way they feel so just ordered again, a size up.

Have tried other brands of the same advertised size but these seem to fit better than most.
