I almost thought I had ordered the wrong size!However, once it was unboxed and given a few moments to expand, it was a complete and utter delight! It quickly unfurled to its full, impressive dimensions and thickness. The transformation was truly satisfying.Since then, I've been enjoying the most restful sleep. The mattress offers excellent support, conforming just enough to my body without any sagging. It feels incredibly durable and well-made. We have been using this product for about a year now and it has been nothing but excellent. It is very comfortable and has retained its shape very well. It is great for the price and I would gladly recommend this to anyone who is looking to buy a budget friendly, good quality mattress. Customer service is great, they called to check how the product was holding up and to remind us that it is still under the warranty period.

It does not provide the level of comfort or support that was advertised, and over time it became increasingly uncomfortable to use. For a product in this price range, the quality is simply unacceptable.What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of a satisfactory resolution. Despite raising concerns about the condition and quality of the mattress, the return request was denied by both Amazon and the seller. As a customer, it feels unfair to be left with a product that does not meet expectations while being denied the opportunity to return it.The seller's handling of the complaint was equally disappointing. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the process felt unnecessarily difficult and dismissive. The inspection and support process did not inspire confidence and left me feeling that genuine customer concerns were not being taken seriously.A mattress is a long-term investment, and buyers deserve both quality and reliable customer support. Unfortunately, this purchase delivered neither. Size is not as described , Thichness is of 1 Inch short. Edges are not up to the shape. Edges are not getting to actual shape of mattress.

I've been using this mattress almost 1 yr and it's so so good. The packing and delivery was smooth. The mattress is my comfort zone it's too good totally worth every penny. It fits our body perfectly the Materials used in the mattress is that good which gives best back support. I chose white still it's good as new I like the color matches every paint of a room.
