Where are these made?

I searched for info on this company, it appears they are a dental lab located in Ft Myers, FLA. That's why orders can take 3-5 days to arrive (5 for the West coast). On back of box for the pictured tray set, is the "Made in USA" logo, complete with American flag. Zoom in to see clearly.

Are they big enough for an adult?

They work fine for adults & will not cover molars. These are whitening trays. They are only meant to be used to whiten teeth and worn for a short period of time. If you need a nightguard, don't buy these. :)

They are universal. - it does not matter

How long do the directions say to leave trays/gel in your mouth?

If you mean, while moulding them to your teeth: Just until they cool and have set to your teeth shape. If you mean when they're loaded with bleach: I wear mine about 60 minutes.
