This company is absolutely the Tip Top ! Customer Service is A-1 ... the most helpful ever.The seal is not carved deep for ease in cleaning and it was suggested that if I wanted adeeper cut impression there were other seals in Hmay inventory (on Amazon) that wouldsatisfy me. Hmay goes beyond to make sure their clients are pleased. I would nothesitate to order any of their items online from Amazon or direct from the companywebsite! Nice chop/seal for the money. Carving is very shallow, looks machine made. It does produce a very clear and sharp print. Shipping was very fast. Item was very well packed. Over all, I am satisfied with this item.

My new seal " Brush Sing, Ink Dance" is a very nice, solid stone with an excellent carving. Easy to hold and place on my painting. I'm very happy with the acquisition of my seal. The silk box is beautiful!

I read some reviews saying the imprint was not very strong. I had no trouble with it at all.

Small chop but it does it's job. It took several inks before it printed out perfectly. I recommend.
