I love the ingredients for this oil pulling mouthwash. No additives or harmful chemicals. There are oral care benefits from Sesame oil & coconut oil, so it's great that both are included.The instructions say to use a tablespoon twice a day for 30 seconds, but I prefer to swoosh it in my mouth for about 5 minutes or more to really get oil pulling results.The longer you have it in your mouth a menthol taste occurs. It doesn't have an overpowering taste.For the price of the bottle, the size is very small at 3.38 oz, and with the recommend dosage & usage may run out rather quickly. So far I'm enjoying it, waiting to see if I notice any major changes. My mouth feels clean afterwards. I may purchase it again, hoping they make a bigger size.
