Very few kitchen peelers are as good as OXO peeler
I've had one of these for YEARS and Its still as sharp as when I bought it. So I bought TWO more. I do a LOT of dehydrating, canning, and preserving, so a lot of times I have two or more 'work stations" going at the same time. I got tired of having to track down the peeler, so i bought two more. I've been doing this fore 50 plus years and have tried a LOT of peelers over the years. and none of them are even in the same category as these. If there was such a thing as a " professional" peeler like there is with knives and cookware, Id say these are defiantly professional peelers
