My favorite is the batuuan wrap - I got to try spices that I never used before and I guess the experience has been educational. I also have my 15-year-old cousin cook from it. The steps are easy enough he can do most of them (with guidance) and he’s learning common cooking terms and techniques. I think it also helps him practice focusing and learning about measuring things like carrots and shredded cabbage. He still is padawan. He interpreted shredded cabbage as one leaf of cabbage and tear it a few times - the cole slaw ended up looking like some fancy gourmet chef’s $300 appetizer. The recipes I think are simplified so a family can make it and sometimes you have to be creative to make what you make look like the picture (I would invest in squeeze bottles). So sometimes cooking experience helps. But what you make is edible and tastes good. What I don’t like is that there isn’t a TABLE OF CONTENTS. And the index is not alphabetical. The Index is by type of food and specific location. The recipe book is organized by theme park. Other than that major pitfall, I really like this book! I actually bought a second copy for my cousin. And my other cousin bought her own copy too. I even used the batuuan wrap (Bah-too-oo-ahn) wrap for my birthday bbq party. We used beef strips instead of pork butt and naan instead of pita. I normally hate coleslaw but this one is pretty good. And I personally would add more Sichuan peppercorn and sumac. Review: Disney recipes from my visit! - Being from Michigan, there's not many times I can have myself a Disney meal straight from the parks, but this book has everything I want to make! The book is the official Disney cookbook with real recipes that the chefs at the Disney parks use. It has some of their main stand out recipes like the Micky Mouse Beignets, holiday ham slider, desserts, even drinks like white hot chocolate and juice. The book even has some extra info like the locations of where the restaurants are (which can be found in the back of the book), real pictures of the foods, and even bonus pictures of the parks which makes me want to visit even more. The overall quality of the book is very good. I got the hardcover version and it's stiff at first but once you start flipping through the pages it loosens up. Just flipping through this book makes me want to visit Disneyworld again, but actually making some of the meals (I've made the ham slider and some of the drinks so far), it makes me feel like I'm back there. I can't say if they tastes exactly as how I remember but it's high quality recipes that Disney uses so I'm very happy to have this book and try all the recipes!

Review of The Official Disney Parks Cookbook
The Official Disney Parks Cookbook is a fun and creative book that brings the magic of Disney parks right into your kitchen. The recipes are inspired by popular foods from Disney parks around the world, making it exciting for Disney fans who want to recreate their favorite meals at home. The instructions are easy to follow, even for beginners, and many recipes use ingredients that are simple to find. What makes this cookbook especially enjoyable is how it mixes food with Disney storytelling. Each recipe feels special and nostalgic, and the photos and descriptions help you imagine being back in the parks. While some recipes take a bit more time or effort, the results are worth it and great for family cooking nights or special occasions. Overall, The Official Disney Parks Cookbook is a great choice for Disney lovers, families, and anyone who enjoys themed cooking. It’s not just a cookbook—it’s a way to experience a little Disney magic at home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️

Fun recipes
This seems to be a very nice cookbook. Although, I’m not into some of the recipes that are in there, but this is a very well written cookbook and it does have a number recipes. I know most people would be happy with.

Bought for a Christmas present
Bought this for a Christmas present for my granddaughter. She wants to start cooking and she wanted a Disney cookbook and she’s been to the park several times she said she loves it.

Official Disney Parks Cookbook
One thing I know when I have previously visited the Disney parks (and hope to in the future), is that most of the food is memorable. I make sure I pre-order every single Disney Parks cookbook for this reason, and this one does not disappoint. Maybe there was a meal you wanted to enjoy, but couldn't fit it in on your vacation, or there was a meal you can't forget about, and need it at home, too. The recipes are easy, and haven't disappointed yet. My husband who hates chili, loved Walt's recipe! The Brown Derby Cobb Salad is a staple, and the charred corn chowder is rich and delicious, for just a few recipes I've made from this book. I have many more saved for later! There may be some recipes that have ingredients I wasn't able to readily find in my local Publix, since chicory leaves didn't have a place on the shelf. But, overall, the recipes have easy to follow directions, and many beautiful pictures. If you love to cook, and a Disney fan, this 100% belongs on your shelf! I will continue to come back to it over and over.

Gorgeous Book
Such a gorgeous book with lots of extra information in it that's fun to read even when not using the recipes. As a vegetarian I was a little worried that it wouldn't have a lot I could make, but I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of vege recipes and most that weren't I could substitute ingredients. Very happy :)

Le livre parfait pour les fans des parcs Disney américains
Un livre de recettes parfait, même s'il est anglais les recettes est compréhensibles facilement, seuls problèmes le dosage et la température qui ne sont pas les mêmes qu’en Europe (cup et°f).
