Amazing Value looks ๐ Great and performs.
Cooling system was very easy to assemble. Intel Bracket fit perfect onto MB. Easy to install. Cooling fins slightly raised for easy ram clearance access. RGB looks great and cools overwhelmingly strong. Great airflow.

Nice budget cooler
I recently upgraded my daughters cooler to the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB White, and I couldnโt be happier with my choice! From the moment I opened the box, I was impressed by the sleek and modern design of this cooler. The white finish and ARGB lighting add a fantastic touch to my build, making it not only functional but also visually stunning. Installation was a breeze. The mounting hardware was straightforward, and the instructions were clear, which made it easy for someone like me who isn't a seasoned builder. I had it installed in no time, and it fit perfectly with my AMD AM5 socket. I recently upgraded my CPU cooler to the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB White, and I couldnโt be happier with my choice! From the moment I opened the box, I was impressed by the sleek and modern design of this cooler. The white finish and ARGB lighting add a fantastic touch to my build, making it not only functional but also visually stunning. Performance-wise, this cooler is a beast! My CPU temperatures have dropped significantly, even under heavy loads and during gaming sessions. The six heat pipes work wonders, and the dual 120mm fans provide excellent airflow while keeping noise to a minimum. Overall, I highly recommend the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB White CPU Air Cooler. It combines style, performance, and ease of installation at a fantastic price point. If youโre looking for a reliable air cooler that looks great and keeps your CPU temperatures in check, this is the one to get!

Bought new, received Open-Box (Updated)
2 Weeks UPDATE: Thermalright Customer Service reached out to me and corrected the issues, actually going above and beyond to make things right. The Peerless Assassin SE ARGB is a great cooler and does wonders for my Ryzen 7 5800X which now maintains nearly 4.7GHz all-core boost with PBO tweaks. I have ordered new parts to upgrade the PC (for 2x PCIe 4x4 NVME and RAM), so can't wait to get the PC updated, and with working ARGB. Thanks Thermalright! ------------------------------------------ Original review: I was excited to try this SE version after Gamers Nexus and others gave rave reviews for the Peerless Assassin as my Ryzen 7 5800X struggled with a 120mm AIO that originally came with an R5 3600 (5800X temps with the 120mm AIO hit 90C within 2 minutes and boost clocks would drop below 4.5GHz). When I opened the packaging I immediately knew it wasn't new as fan cables were mangled on top. I pulled out the tower and found the installation guide mangled underneath (see pic). There was no y-cable or thermal paste, and some fins were slightly bent. There is also light scarring on the base (see pic), but it was smooth and on the edge, so I decided to give it a try instead of returning it since I had thermal paste on hand. Installation went relatively smoothly. The front fan hit my RAM sticks and I couldn't raise it since my case isn't very wide, so I tried putting the fan on the back of the cooler. Without the y-cable I had to remove the rear case fan so I could use the case fan header and matched the speed to the CPU fan in BIOS. With everything installed I booted up and ran Cinebench. Once the fans reached 60% there was an obnoxious whistle, and after 10 minutes of Cinebench temps were at 88C (likely due to the rear case fan being removed). I was not impressed at this point, but I'm not one to give up so easily, so I pulled the fan off the rear of the cooler and placed it a few inches back as the rear case fan. Booted up and ran Cinebench again. This time the fans were nice and quiet, and temps peaked at 80.9C (56.6C over ambient and similar enough to the GN review of the Peerless Assassin but with a hotter CPU and better case). Boost clocks maintained 4.6GHz+ for the entire test. My motherboard also doesn't have an A-RGB header so I can't utilize the RGB, but that's no fault of Thermalright. I am satisfied with the results, but not with the Open-Box purchase. I've never been afraid of Open-Box, but I also never paid full price for one until now, so it's getting 1 star to serve as a warning to others. Had it been new and included all parts I would have given it 5 stars. Don't ever sell Open-Box as new!

Awesome Air Cooler!
I upgraded to a better processor and wanted a more efficient cooler. Researching the Internet I found this air cooler. It was very well rated by the gaming community on most social networks. I decided to go for this one due to it's accesible price. After installing it, I preformed the typical stress tests (OCCT, Cinebench) The results were amazing! It never went above 85 degrees Celsius (185 Fahrenheit). That is why I really recommend the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE. Best Bank for the buck and it works so well.

Holding it's own, but not excelling on a 7900x
I like this cooler, it looks great and I'm sure it's a solid budget option for most mid range cpus. The rgb lights are bright and it's easy to install. That said I think I may be asking too much. I'm using it to cool a 7900x and while it performs fine, keeping my computer from shutting down or melting, it does run hot. Again, not the fault of the cooler, the 7900x is kind of known for running hot and most people really recommend water cooling for this cpu. If you just want a good cooler that looks nice for a mid range cpu, go for it. If you have a hotter chip like 7900x/7950x or the newer i9s from intel maybe look over to the frozen notte also from thermalright.

Great fan, but pay attention to your ram and case
First off, love the fans performance. Even after having to change the position, more in that soon. But mostly this has allowed me to keep my Ryzen 5 7600 very cool and chilled. Itโs allowed me to play and export videos at faster rates. Itโs great! Love the ARGB fans as well as they look super cool and pull my build together. But about the fit of the fans, if youโre like me and got RGB ram, the way they tell you install this will not work! Some people in reviews say adjust the fans higher on the heatsink will fix it but it did not for me as my case didnโt have the clearance. So i simply just put the front fan on the other side of the CPU cooler. Itโs maybe a 1-2 max 3 degree difference but still pulls hot air out of the heat sink. Just be sure to set it all up correctly!

Absolutely the best bang for buck CPU air cooler!
This cooler is a beast! It keeps my overclocked 5900XT running cool and quiet even under the most demanding loads. The build quality is excellent, and it looks fantastic in my case. My only minor gripe is that it's a bit on the large side. I had to adjust the front fan slightly higher to avoid interference with my RGB memory. Not a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind if you have tall RAM modules. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this cooler's performance and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch air cooling for their CPU.

Easy install, Okay cables, and atrocious noise.
Mounting system was easy - you pick which mounting bracket you need out of the box depending on your corresponding CPU brand (I did a Ryzen 7900 - the AMD bracket is AM4 and AM5 compatible). Follow the instructions and you'll be mounted in no time. The fan cabling/daisychains are alright, nothing special. They're long so keep that in mind when doing cable management. The instructions for the RGB in the box say that you will need an external device to control them so I'm not keen on that but other reviews have stated that you can control them via the bios. The fans work excellently and keep airflow high and for the price point, it has great value. Have not had any issues with heat! However, the noise level has been ABSURDLY high. Given, I have a NZXT flow case, so there isn't really any hard sound dampening from inside the case, but that really makes it apparent how loud these fans are. For context, the two provided fans are louder than my aging launch PS4 just when downloading games off steam. If you're okay with that, get it. Otherwise, stay away or swap out the box fans for some noctuas. But at that point, you would be better off just buying a noctua cooler or saving up for some watercooling. ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ Will most likely return because of the fans and RGB sticking points.

Increรญblemente bueno
Comprรฉ este disipador por curiosidad, ya que he visto varios anรกlisis en youtube del rendimiento que puede dar.

Easy to install * warning*
I purchased this for my sons computer. Every thing about this was great BUT it doesn't fit an matx mobo as the second fan unit encroaches the RAM dock. So I had to swap his cooler for mine ๐ was easy set up after that little mishap
