The sticks are not pre-attached for cake/cupcake toppers. String for banner provided, but also not pre-strung. Pattern/Color is good and theme was a hit. Ordered Pokemon Charizard red/blue toppers separately to cover the rest of a Sam's Club tray of cupcakes so everyone got a dragon.
