Since I had seen zero concrete floor results (only pavers and stone) in the reviews, I decided to document my interior basement slab floor using this product. In the photos you will see examples of no finish, one coat of finish, and two coats of finish, plus a "lights out" shot and a closeup showing the sheen that was achieved after two coats. Since my slab was in decent shape and had some nice character, I was hoping to find a finish to make sweeping and moping easier, but less money and less toxicity than epoxy. This product fit that niche nicely. As per instructions, I did multiple floor cleanings before applying the finish. Also note that this finish was applied over "Radon Seal Plus" that had cured for a couple weeks before application. I brushed the floor edges and rolled the rest, back rolling to make sure there was no puddling or excess finish. The product achieved nice penetration (soaked into concrete) and was pretty easy to apply with a smooth paint roller. It has an odor, but is not overwhelming and did NOT smell the entire house up. *-) In the photos, you can see how different smoothness and textures of the concrete takes on different sheen. Overall, the result is very nice. The coverage claim was spot on, I was able to cover over 600 SQFT with the first gallon and the second gallon (second coat) took less, leaving me about 1/4 of a gallon. I waited one day between coats, and as per instructions, I made sure the temperature stayed above 50 degrees the entire time. Bottom line: For less than two hundred dollars, I have exactly what I was hoping for... a floor with a nice sheen for reflecting light and easy cleaning that retained some of the original character of the natural concrete. I can highly recommend this product. I hope someone wanting to use this product on a concrete slab finds this review helpful. Thanks for reading.

Very shiny, works great

Tried the water base first and it wasn’t great had to strip and redo. I used this one and it was great Easy to apply and looked great after.

It works really well easy to apply and looks great don’t know about how it will last, but happy with the results.

Great product, easy to install. I applied on a 500 square foot travertine patio. Had plenty of product and was able to install almost 2 coats. Dry time took a good 24 hours and probably closer to 2-3 days. Still felt a touch tacky but foot traffic was not a problem after day one. Low gloss look but enhances color. Very pleased with outcome and performance of product.

I was expecting this product to brighten the color of my concrete brick pavers. It does claim to be “wet look”. It does not meet my expectations. I can see no difference between the unsealed compared to the sealed pavers. With two coats the pavers still absorb water, leaving me to question wether it actually seals. I would not recommend this product.

Used this today on our Nicolock patio pavers and it worked great. Had my son spray from a pump sprayer and then I used a roller pre wet with sealer to blend it in. Super easy to use and leaves the pavers looking a bit deeper in color, but not fake looking, and with a nice low gloss finish. Couldn’t ask for more.

I’ve had this table for at least 15 years and when I first got it, the directions recommended sealing it periodically. It went virtually unused for over ten years and pretty much sat out in the elements during that time. I had neglected sealing the tabletop for all those years and it was looking pretty sad. So I decided to spruce it up with some sealant. But I didn’t know where to look for any. Home Depot didn’t seem to have anything, so I took a shot and searched here on Amazon and there it was, just what I was looking for! It was incredibly easy to apply with just a rag and the result makes my table look practically new!
