MNP Powerful Submersible Solar Powered Pond Pump Kit with Panels and Hose. No Battery. Advanced design. (100 Watts)

First off the set up was easy, easy, easy. I have a neuromuscular disease and I was able to do it by myself (my brain does not always think clearly and my muscles are not strong). I will try to explain as clearly as I can what/how I used this product: I have an irrigation canal on my property and I needed to pump water from the canal to my garden and to my pond. My pond is large and the summer sun causes evaporation plus I lose some water via seepage into ground. My garden needs drip/soaker water. This pump sits in my canal and is able to pump water 200 feet up a gradual incline of 5 feet. (so in other words, from were the pump sits, to where the water eventually comes out 200 feet later, there is an incline of 5 feet. This is NOT a straight up vertical 5 feet. it is a gradual. The first 3-4 feet are steep due the banks/sides of the canal, then the remaining 1-2 feet of incline is very gradual. I have attached photos of the set up. I used a 3/4" poly black irrigation tube/pipe for my 200 feet of run. I bought couplings/adapters to fit the flexihose from the product box to connect to my 3/4" poly tubing. The first water outpour photo (where it looks like I'm watering a weed!!) is at 100 feet of run. The last 3 water outpour photos are at the very end of the 200 feet of run. I measured the volume at 2.5 gallons per minute (so 150 gallons an hour). I did the test at 2pm in the afternoon on May 6th with full sun, no clouds in the sky. Hope this helps someone! My next task is to get up shade boards near the solar panels-- this will limit the amount of time during a day that the sun hits the panels to activate the pump. I only need the pump to run 1-2 hours a day. So I plan to shade the solar panels on the sides so that they only get direct sun for a few hours a day.

This product worked great for my small pond, but it was just too big for the basin bottom. I called and the owner walked me thru many scenarios. He was so helpful. Ultimately, I had to return the product for something smaller. When I decide to upgrade, I will absolutely be back! Great service!

I set this up. It doesn’t seem to pump as much as I was hoping. I am waiting for a truly sunny day. Here in Southern Arizona that shouldn’t be long, but was hoping for more than I got on a less than stellar day.It seems well made. The panel comes with a single stake. I used the two stake extenders that came with it at first, but found the panel provided more power when laid flatter to the horizon, so I removed one of the extenders. I will probably try to work up a better mount for the panel in the future.

Used it for fountain. Plenty of power for 8 feet high. Great customer service also. Immediate response to question and help in shipment.

This product is so worth the money. Yeah on cloudy days it is slow but thats okay with me. i needed a solar product due to the powera small pump uses. i really which this company would make more solar products, I would buy from them again.

Great product! Had an issue with the Y Connector but that was due to me being clumsy, I reached out to see if I could get a replacement and they immediately responded and told me a replacement would be on the way! Couldn’t ask for better customer service if my own mother served it! Extremely nice buy especially for the price and knowing that you bought from a small business instead of a huge billion dollar corporation is about the most priceless aspect of it and really tops it off! The media could not be loaded.  As long as the sun is shining this pump works great. We wanted to filter the water in our goldfish pond but it is not near a source of electricity. Hooked this up to a waterfall filter and it dosas a great job. Had to add a check valve so the waterfall basin would stay full when the pump is not running. So far so good!

This pump is high powered and the two solar panels are effective at pushing water quickly. A nice feature is the easy setup. Also their customer service is terrific.
