Nice little multitool
I ordered this from Amazon when it was $5.91...and as of this writing it's gone up to $7.50. It is a nice, basic tool to keep in my pocket. I do computer work for a university in Birmingham, Alabama, and I got tired of carrying a larger multitool in one pocket and a small flashlight in the other, so this small tool give me the basics in one little package they doesn't weigh my pockets down. Of course I sometimes need a larger philips screwdriver than what this tool provides, but for basic day-to-day usage I am happy. The white LED flashlight isn't particularly bright, but I typically only need a flashlight when I am under a desk trying to plug in cables in the dark; the small flashlight gives me all the light I need for getting that task done.I recommend this tool if you are just wanting small, I just wish the tool itself had a lanyard ring to attach to my keys (the case that it comes with has one, but I don't use that case).---------------------------------------------Update: 28 December 2011Just wanted to point out that the batteries in the light didn't last very long. Unforunately, new batteries for it would cost more than what I paid for this multitool in the first place.

mediocre quality, gets simple tasks done, very small
I attached this to my keychain the first day I got it. I've had it for about 3 weeks (of light use) and here are my impressions:Pros:- fits well in pocket (it's tiny)- The metal feels solid- Tools are useful - screwdriver, knife, etc.Cons:- LED light (which package claims to be "extra bright", is not very powerful, but gets the job done when it is very dark, with a very limited range). If the package hadn't hyped the light so much, this would be neutral, but it goes overboard to say how good it is, so I was expecting a bit more than the 1-2 feet range.- The case strap (belt loop) broke. I don't even know how, but the little bag is clearly poor quality.- Some tools feel flimsy when in use - not in metal quality, but in how much they wiggle when being used. For the price, I really can't complain much, it's a decent tool, and due to it's portability, you'll have it when something comes up. A light to find your matches when the electricity goes out, a knife to cut something when needed, screwdriver when something came loose... I would give it 4 - 5 stars if it didn't wiggle so much when in use, it makes me feel a little unsafe when using the knife, for example.

Better than I expected but still not something I'd highly recommend
When I pulled this out of its plastic shell, I wasn't very impressed with the quality. It definitely does not have the feel of a quality leatherman pocket tool. I was thought pleasantly surprised with how well the tools did work. One issue I often have with these tools is that the screwdrivers don't stay in place while in use....this one it did stay out while being turned so that's a plus. It's lighter than a Leatherman tool as well (again, that's a reflection of lower quality materials) and the addition of a small flashlight is really nice.On the downside, I didn't particularly care for the tools included. First, the phillips is a really tiny one that I would find limited use for. It can't handle the majority of typical screws. And the saw is a tool I simply have no use for at all. I really would never use it, and would FAR rather have a set of scissors instead. The tool itself does not have a ring for attaching to a keychain, you have to use the included carrying case, another negative. You should have an option for one or the other.Overall, it's not bad for the price, but could have been better.

Handy tool
small enough for pocket. Does great for small use and the light is bright.Knife is not small enough to carry on a plane though.

OK for the price
I compared this tool to one with the name of a popular motorcycle on it. It was superior to that one in that it is smaller, a bit easier to open and has rounded edges so as not to hurt your hand while opening or closing. The LED flashlight is surprisingly bright. Fits easily in its pouch with a key ring and strap on the back. The strap would fit on a belt about 2 inches wide. That said, it is not the quality one typically thinks of found in a more expensive leatherman. Since I tend to lose things, so I would prefer the key ring be on the tool itself rather than the pouch. Typically, I don't leave my keys behind but I could forget this. Also, I would prefer that it include a pair of scissors. I doubt I would carry something this heavy on my key ring but may keep it in one of the car's storage areas such as the compartment on the dashboard.Still, not bad for the price.

excellent little tool
I carry my micro tool everywhere. The pliers and flashlight come in handy. Only drawback is the knife blade needs to be sharpened.

Small, but Useful
For the cost, I think this is a good deal and worth buying. If it cost anymore than I might not think so. The attached LED flashlight is very powerful and I made the mistake of looking at it when I first turned it on. It took a few moments for my eyes to clear of spots. The needlenose pliers can also serve as tweezers and the little knife is very sharp as well as the serrated saw blade. The phillips-head screwdriver is very small and can maybe be used to repair glasses and things with very small screws. The flat-head screwdriver is a combination screwdriver and bottle opener and is somewhat larger than the phillips-head screwdriver. The packaging said, "Satisfaction Lifetime Guarantee" but I can't help but wonder how much stress the connection points can take. No where on the packaging does it says what it's made out of but it seems to be hardened steel. I don't know if it will rust or not. The wire-cutter can only snip the thinnest wires and would be good for fishing line snipping. I wouldn't expect it to easily cut anything larger than that. It all folds up very neatly and goes into a nylon-like pouch which velcroes shut and can be slipped onto a belt or key ring for carrying.I like it, but only give it 4 stars since it's use is limited to small things.
