This is a fantastic blade for the kitchen, camping, or wherever you may like to use it. It's incredibly sharp right out-of-the-box. The hand grips are held in place nicely and don't wiggle around. The design looks fantastic on it, and it comes with a nice sheath for protecting it while carrying it around. But ultimately, what I really love that sets it apart from my other knives, it's that little hole up by the handle, as silly as it sounds, that makes it super fun for finger spins, and it's actually positioned perfectly to where the balance is very natural. It's very unique and fun to just play with. I love it, highly recommended!

Love these Husk knives! I have 3 different types plus the kitchen shears and all of them and high quality, great value and cuts through meat easily.

This is definitely a nice, heavy duty knife at a good price.

I purchased from Amazon vs Matsato because I do not like using my credit card in various places. I have been extremely careful using this knife from protecting my fingers to the type of surface I use to cut on. I was attempting to cut a tomato today to use on a pizza and it barely cut through the tomato skin. Maybe I should have opted for the Matsato??? Has anyone else experienced this? Had I kept the box I probably would return it.

I received the knife ok but was not sharp so cost me a extra $20 to get it sharpened properly. Expected better for the price and so they should tell you that it will need sharpening
