Saie Slip Tint Tinted Sunscreen for Face, SPF 35, One (1.35 oz)

I'm in my 50s so I have to be even pickier with makeup. I searched for recommendations for women my age, because my regular products we're cutting it. This product came up and I am extremely pleased with the results! It lasts all day, doesn't crease and looks as good at the end of my day as it does in the beginning. The bonus is the sunscreen, since I live in a sunny climate and need year round sun protection. I went out on the water with this as my facial sunscreen and I didn't get burned. Love this!

I have used this tinted foundation on the weekends many times. It holds up well during line dancing classes and just being out and about in hot or normal weather. I do use loose powder on top of this because I feel it sets the makeup well. I would recommend it and would purchase again. I moisturize my face with spf moisturize and then apply Saie. But I don’t believe that’s necessary. It all depends upon your skin type. Also, it washes off easily.

In the past year I have gone down a BB cream rabbit hole trying to find the safest, cleanest bb cream. My staple was the Maybelline BB cream in light/medium, and while it is excellent for the cost and overall safe, I was looking for something even cleaner than that product. I like to wear bb cream as a daily foundation replacement with a little blush, followed by a setting spray. I have also tried samples of: It cosmetics - too thick Hourglass - no spf Ilia skin tint - too runny and smelled unplesant Tower 28 - close contender, not super thick but thicker than maybelline and Saie, could be a bit sticky Clinique - bb and cc cream - a bit cakey and enhanced my pores Nars - I loved this one but did not want to spend this much I have not tried tarte, supergoop, or summer fridays, but I'd like to try those next. For now, I am happy with Saie's quality ingredients and how well it works as a mineral-based sunscreen. I love that the ingredients list is non-carcinogenic, nourishing, and well-formulated. The only flagged compound (titanium dioxide, a mineral UV protection and pigment) is not a concern in its non-inhaled, cream form. While this one is not 100% perfect, I am super picky and very so satisfied with it. It could be a bit thicker, but the lightweight coverage is a plus, and it feels great to wear. If you feel stuck in a bb cream search, take a break for a few months and try this one because it's honestly a great choice! More ingredient details: - No formaldehyde, parabens, phthalates, coal tar, PEGs with contamination concerns, or chemical sunscreens like oxybenzone. These are not only non-carcinogenic -- many have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, or skin-repairing benefits: - Zinc Oxide (15%) – Mineral sunscreen, non-carcinogenic. Luv the texture! Fragrance is appealing, pleasant to the nose. Applicatiopn is easy, just slip it on! Appearance is very natural looking, good on skin. Decent coverage, no complaints there.

Best I've ever tried! Don't get sunburned and it doesn't sting my eyes. Covers well. Looks natural. Blends easily.

The best tinted sunscreen!! It’s lightweight and doesn’t feel or smell like you’re putting on sunscreen. It’s not “full coverage” but it blends with your sink nicely and can build makeup on top of it. Will be my forever go to especially since it’s considered “low-tox.”

I like to use tinted moisturizer in lieu of foundation, and this product gives the perfect coverage. But, it looks matte and dry on my skin, not dewy, and leaves an almost tacky feel that I want to wash off. I understand I could use Saie's illuminating gel underneath for a glowy result, almost doubling the already significant cost and requiring a second product to accomplish what the first is supposed to do. I have experimented with different amounts and application methods, as well as serum underneath, and still get the same results. Reinforcing what other reviewers have said, the product was a bit separated in the tube, thick rather than creamy, and the rancid odor is unpleasant. I'll try mixing it with a very luminous brand of tinted moisturizer that I have on hand. Hopefully that will work well enough to finish the tube, and I won't buy the Saie again.

I loved this product when it arrived! Easy to spread and gives your skin some good coverage, however,l 3 months after it changed the texture and the smell. I am not sure if I bought an almost expiring one but it’s weird.
