Q: Is the velcro in any way positioned to posibly snag rashguards?

Q: I wear a 31” pants and wear a med 7mil suit. What size do you recommend to fit over the wetsuit ?

I wear 34 pants. I don't have a 7 Mil suit but this is very stretchy. I have a 2XL pair and have no problem going from my 3 mil to 5 mil.
