Would this work for a headlight 8E0 941 003 AH?

Hello! No, unfortunately this will not work with that headlight. That headlight has adaptive/AFS/curve lighting and requires an OEM ballast. This ballast will not fit (mounting holes and connectors are different).

Hello! No. This will not fit that headlight. Your headlight has AFS (curve lighting). Unfortunately there are no aftermarket replacements for your headlight. You need to buy an OEM one.

What do you do if you find green marks in the connection?

Hello! That means the headlight housing is leaking and letting in water. Do not install a new ballast until you repair the leak or replace the headlight housing. The leak could be caused by a number of factors. Sometimes it could be the rear access caps but usually it is the lens that has a bad seal to the housing. This would require removing the lens from the housing and re-sealing it.
