Have anyone able to use this product on international American Airline?

I used this on 2 international American Airlines flights- last year to Italy and in 2019 to Spain. Great product. No problems.

Why it has a limit of 1 per customer? I want to buy 2 for me and my husband.

No clue. You might order twice.

does this lose air easily?

It didn’t lose any air when I traveled from Charlotte to Venice.

Can you remove cover to wash?

There is no removable cover. The item is made of the fabric shown. It appears it can be spot cleaned, but I have not done so yet. The "cover" is the plastic case it comes in for travel.
