Laykor 6600-88 Digital Keyless Electronic Pad Door Lock, Left Hand, Silver

I ordered this lock for a small business outside door. The lock was defective right out of the box. Spent the time to enter all the codes and installed the lock but wouldn't ever open the door. Don't waste your time or money on this lock. I've contacted seller twice and still haven't given me instructions on returning item or refunded our money. They simply sent and email and said they were sorry. Poor customer service and a poor quality product. Will not purchase from the Laykor company ever again.Update! Seller received item back on May 19th. We still haven't received a refund. Amazon denied the claim for some reason too. This may be my last time using Amazon too. I will be doing a charge by on my credit card if I don't have results in one week.Update! Sent email on 6-11-14 and told the company if I didn't get refunded I would do a charge back. Got refunded the same day. They blamed it on their warehouse not letting them know they received the item back. Anyway, don't waste your time and money with the company on any products they sell.

These are ridiculously bad. Everything about it screams cheap Chinese knock-off.My particular one could not remember the pass codes unless you unhooked the battery after opening the door, each time.Go with a Schlage instead.
