Kingnice 1.2L 5 Cup Pouring Over Coffee Gooseneck Kettle, Stovetop Stainless Steel Teakettle

I initially had my doubts about this product but I thought I’d give it a try, much to my chagrin, my doubts were proven right.Since it was purchased, this kettle has been used about 40 times.It has now sprung a leak at the base and is totally useless.Obvious shoddy workmanship and quality control are to blame.My initial doubts were about a loose fitting lid and the use of stainless steel knob on the cap, which made it impossible to remove the lid without a mitt or a towel. Nevertheless, I did not expect the tea kettle to completely fail. I guess you get what you pay for.The low price did not offset the poor quality of the workmanship.I do not recommended this product under any circumstances. Save your money and look for a better made product and one that won’t start to leak!

The lid can be very hot after boiling or filling with hot water. When pouring over a cup, it gets loose, almost falling out of the kettle, and too hot to hold it with bare hand. Disappointment.

This is a decent gooseneck kettle for the price. My only concern is the cover comes off if you tilt the kettle at too much of an angle. The best way to solve this problem is to fill the kettle with more water and to not pour at more than a 45-degree angle.

I purchased this for my hubby and now he is using it to make his cup of joe every morning :)

It seems to be well-made, generally. It's too small for the small coil on our electric stove, but I just put it at the edge and it does fine.

Leaked..... just got new kettle, looking forward to trying again

I used it one time and discovered the side had a leak and water got all over my stove. Also has rust spots inside!! However, the spout worked perfectly and made great coffee. Unfortunately, I will be returning.

Have used mostly on weekends for the past few months. Lately has started to drip from the bottom of the spout. Like the look, doesn't take much room on the stove top.
