The package only says "Allulose Sweatner" it even says GREAT FOR DIABETICS, I am surprised they haven't been sued by this, because this isn't pure allulose, it has SUCRALOSE which not only increases blood sugar levels but it also increases the rate at which glucose enters the bloodstream. If you have Type 1 diabetes, you know how dangerous this is.For the past month I couldn't figure out what was rising my blood sugar so high and so often, until I read the back fine print of the package and realized this is not pure allulose, on top of that, this product cannot be returned, so I spent a month with high blood sugar and im out of $12

I bought this to compare with the drops sucralose mix version.This is a very dusty version of the sweetener, I thought it would be more of a sugar crystal structure.The issue is you have to add more to reach the same flavor as regular brown sugar.I'm not sure if a crystal structure would help, but would like to try.I would much prefer the drops; it seems the sucralose mix helps the bottle go a long way. It's a better value.
