So far great product
The product states it has plenty of beneficial vitamins to help us fairly older guys stay fit and healthy but somehow I've neither grown any muscles nor have been able to get in shape enough to join the NY Jets. I think I'm still going to have to get up and do some sort of exercise evey week or so

Great product
Been using it for years. I'm 69 years old and have been taking vitamins the majority of my life. I very rarely get sick (even when people around me are coughing and sneezing) and I attribute it to the vitamins I take. We don't get nutrients from the food we buy in the grocery stores like we did in the day. If you don't supplement with vitamins, you're asking for trouble. This is a good supplement.

Good product, just check them when they arrive!
I've been ordering and taking these for years. I've tried a lot of the others, but I always seem to feel better when I take this daily. The quality has generally been good, with only one time when they arrived completely ruined (must have been exposed to humidity) since they were swollen and not in any form that could be consumed. I couldn't return them since I bought ahead so I wouldn't run out and sent a message to the vendor but never did receive a response.
