It is desirable prevent reverse diode and two 8 milliohms resistance in parallel with low voltage drop,Instead of ordinary diodes,It used for solar panels prevent reverse, battery charging prevent reverse. Reduce heat and increase efficiency. Module paraments: Module Name:15A prevent reverse ideal diode(without heat sink) Operating voltage: DC 4-28V Working current: 15A (MAX) Peak 18A (long time working please below 10A, can be used in parallel to increase the operating current) Quiescent current: 0.7mA (at 12V, different operating voltage will have error) Working temperature: -40 to + 85 degree celsius Input reverse polarity protection: None, (if positive and negative are reversed, it is possible to burn chips) Connection: welding output Module dimensions: 22*20*3.7mm (L*W*H) Wiring Description: ground:connect solar panels, batteries, power module's negative. + Input:connect solar panels, power modules's positive. + Output:connect load , battery's positive. The voltage drop measured data:(for reference only) Load current of 2A voltage drop 0.0086V Load current of 5A voltage drop 0.022V Load current of 8A voltage drop 0.036V Load current of 10A voltage drop 0.042V Load current of 12A voltage drop 0.052V Load current of 15A voltage drop 0.075V Ordinary diode voltage drop about 0.7V, the Schottky diode voltage drop about 0.4V. If the current is 10A, ordinary diode power consumption is 7W, Schottky diode power consumption is 4W,while the ideal diode consumes power is only 0.42W. The effect is very obvious. Does not work as advertised. It is not what is described.
This PC Board circuit does not work as advertised. The Ailavi Anti Reverse Irrigation Ideal Diode Module has a much high forward voltages much then advertised. It has an advertised forward voltage of "Load current of 2A voltage drop 0.0086V" I measured .186V. See my pictures and diagram. Note I only tested this for a brief period of time (<4 seconds) to avoid overheating.

Works as advertised
Work great and efficiently when output is connected to a battery. Tested it with a 12v battery.
